Sansevieria Whale Fin is a striking succulent known for its broad, paddle-shaped leaves that resemble whale fins. The Whale Fin is a low-maintenance plant that tolerates low light and infrequent watering while adding the benefit of purifying the air. This beauty is an excellent choice for adding interest to your home or office. Ideal for both novice and experienced plant collectors.
Overview:
Size: 2 to 4 feet tall and 10 to 18 inches wide.
Light Bright indirect light but, can tolerate lower light conditions.
Soil: Well-draining porous soil or succulent mix works well. A potting soil combined with perlite and sand works great too. (View our Plant Essentials)
Water: Water sparingly about every 2 or 3 weeks, allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Over watering can lead to root rot.
Humidity: Thrives in average to low humidity.
Fertilizer: Feed every 2 or 3 months during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced water-soluble fertilizer.
Toxicity: Toxic to pets and humans.
